This conceptual study examines the potential of occupational and organisational psychology (OOP) to improve the efficiency of Romanian workplaces. Important psychological structures, such as the achievement of psychological contracts, the behaviour of organisational citizenship (OCB), the perception of support, autonomy, and trust, are integrated into the conceptual model. Simulation data based on professional observations and documented sectoral patterns demonstrate the plausibility of the relationship between these structures. The results show the internal coherence of the model and highlight the role of autonomy and trust in improving positive behaviour in the workplace. The study is the basis for future empirical validation and sectoral applications.
